a Cheeky Spiced Cherry Glaze

Our Cherry Lips meat glaze is super yummy on a baked ham. It’s sweet with a nice spicy kick. Try it like this: scored the fat and brush on the glaze, then continue brushing the glaze over intermittently as you cook your ham. Make sure you let it caramelise slightly. You’ll get a beautifully glazed ham and then everyone will have ham envy! Goes fantastically with ham, pork, chicken, veges and cheeses like haloumi.

Best used to:

  • glaze the perfect baked ham
  • baste your seared meats and veges on the BBQ
  • dollop on chicken, pork, or vegetables
  • use as a dipping sauce for your favourite meat and vege skewers


How to use as a meat glaze

Baste your meat every so often while it’s cooking, and again about 5 mins before serving to get that glossy look.

Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
